      在過去幾年中,陳家廚坊系列一共出版了八本飲食文化食譜書,在此衷心感謝出版社萬里機構同事們的支持,以及廣大讀者們的信任和愛戴!



      今次這本書的選題,是我們餐桌上不可或缺的粥?粉、麵?飯。就是這些平凡的食物,傳承了中華民族幾千年的飲食文化精髓,成為我們生活中的一部分。
