肯道爾是一位策略規畫與專案投資管理專家，採用由上而下的方式。近期許多客戶中包含澳洲電信（Telstra）、英美煙草（British American Tobacco）、雷神（Raytheon）、巴布柯克-威爾科斯（Babcock & Wilcox）、阿爾康鋁業（Alcan Aluminum）、科衛通訊（Covad Communications）、泰斯科（Tessco Distributors）洛克希德馬丁（Lockheed Martin）等公司。
他擁有制約法國際認證組織（Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization）六個領域的認證，同時是麥基爾大學（McGill University）的畢業生和該校之銀級獎章得主，也是專案管理協會的會員。
肯道爾是《進階專案投資管理與 PMO》（Advanced Project Portfolio Management and the PMO）和《確保未來》（Securing the Future: Strategies for Exponential Growth Using the Theory of Constraints）的作者。他也是哈洛德。科茲納博士（Dr. Harold Kerzner）所著之《系統方法，專案管理》（A System，s Approach，Project Management）第八版書中〈關鍵鏈〉一章的作者，目前為美國管理協會（American Management Association）之專案管理教科書撰寫關於專案投資管理的章節。
