Tim Nutt, the project became a personal odyssey. He walked the Trail in all seasons and all weathers, and took more than 2,000 photographs.
Chris Bale wrote the words. For many years he chaired the Trail-walker Charitable Trust, organising an annual race for charity along the Trail.
