主題挑選
本書有十二個單元，主題皆取材於工作職場以及專業領域，帶領學習者孰悉職場英文的運用。例如：討論「寫履歷」、「初次見面」、「簡報」以及「客戶服務」。每三單元有一個Review Unit。練習題的形式按照TOEIC模式出題，聽力加上閱讀，總共有25題。每一冊有四個Review可供學生練習。

Warm-up
學生在這個小單元可以孰悉本課主題，以及對主題的看法，發表意見。
Vocabulary
本課單字依照主題式挑選。都是在討論此主題時會用到的單字或片語，並且有錄音，可以讓學生跟著唸好發音，接續則有討論練習題，讓學生在口語中自然使用字彙。
Listening / Listening Practice
根據主題所撰寫的情節式對話或是短演講，內容都是主題相關，並且使用了Vocabulary單字撰寫。接續的TOEIC式聽力理解測驗，可讓學生做聽力練習，加深學生對TOEIC的孰悉度以及對於字彙的掌握度。
Reading / Reading Practice
閱讀文章是根據主題，選用適當的形式，融合Grammar Check文法點以及字彙進行撰寫，以期增加閱讀的趣味性。文章為主題相關，深入探討值得注意的話題。閱讀文章有錄音，也可讓老師利用，練習學生聽力或是其他的練習。接續的TOEIC式閱讀題型，可加深學生對TOEIC的孰悉度以及提升閱讀理解能力。
Grammar Check
每課的文法點是根據CEFR公布的文法表進行深入的規劃，確保文法重點不重複，而且可以符合各程度的學生。
Class Activity
每課活動的第一部分為寫作練習 (Writing)，是根據主題出題。例如：第一課的Creating a Resume，因此寫作練習就為相關的履歷寫作。而第二部分的對話 (Speaking)，可以兩人一組或三人以上進行，並設計有範例語句供學生參考使用。
而為了提升學生參與感，部分課程有給予 AI 指令，希望學生可以親手使用 AI 來產生更多的想法，帶來更多創意以及增加課堂的趣味，期望在課堂上營造最理想、最真實的開口說英文環境。
